Job Objective
Support the smooth daily office operations through effective and organized management of facilities, logistics, and general company needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth daily office operations.
- Manage general facilities needs such as buildings, vehicles, staff housing, pantry, and cleanliness.
- Manage and monitor logistics, office supplies, and work equipment.
- Prepare general administrative records related to the usage of office supplies and work equipment.
- Ensure that facilities and infrastructure are in good condition and ready for use.
- Report the condition of facilities and operational needs to the supervisor.
- Perform other support service–related tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
- Female
- Aged 25-35 years old.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D1), all majors.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Housekeeping and General Affairs.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
