Job Objective
To oversee and control daily store operations effectively while leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, supervise, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of store staff.
- Ensure the achievement of established sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales and store activity reports.
- Develop staff work schedules and manage operational requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with head office management regarding sales strategies, promotions, and store needs.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and full compliance with store SOPs at all times.
Requirements
- Male/Female
- Age between 25–35 years old
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Head of Store
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Willing to be assigned or relocated when required
