Job Objective

To oversee and control daily store operations effectively while leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Lead, supervise, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of store staff.
  • Ensure the achievement of established sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales and store activity reports.
  • Develop staff work schedules and manage operational requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with head office management regarding sales strategies, promotions, and store needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and full compliance with store SOPs at all times.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age between 25–35 years old
  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Head of Store
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Willing to be assigned or relocated when required
