Job Objective
Provide professional administrative, coordination, and communication support to the President Director to ensure all agendas, activities, and decision-making processes run effectively and in an organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the President Director’s schedule, agenda, and activities.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business trips.
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls) on behalf of the President Director.
- Prepare required documents, reports, and presentations.
- Record and follow up on meeting outcomes and ensure tasks are executed in accordance with instructions.
- Serve as the communication liaison between the President Director and internal as well as external parties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company data and strategic information.
- Manage and maintain important document archives in an organized and systematic manner.
- Accompany the President Director in internal and external activities when required.
- Support the decision-making process by providing relevant data and supporting information.
Requirements
- Female
- Aged 25–30 years old.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D1), all majors.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Personal Assistant to the President Director.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Willing to undertake business travel when required.
